Standard 3 exposures HDR [-2,0,+2EV] in RAW/ISO100 at f/8 handheld using the 10-20 Sigma lens.

Tips and tricks and quotations from here and there

Here is a little tip to improve the High Pass sharpening technique me and my friend Erlend have been saying about in our posts.

On the duplicated layer, where the High Pass filter is applied, go to Image/Adjustments/HueSaturation and do a Master desaturation of 100%... This way all the color in the layer disappears, avoiding color noise problems, for example, in the final image!

You can even leave the opacity at 100% if you want… or add a black layer mask (ALT+add Layer Mask button) and paint away the areas where you don’t want so much sharpeness… :)
