Basicalla of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupre Sanctuary

            A while back I posted a photo of the exterior of this magnificent church just outside Quebec City.  While beautiful outside, it's beyond stunning inside.

The following is from Quebec-cite.com, "The St. Anne Basilica is more than just one of the four major shrines in Québec and the oldest pilgrimage site in North America.

The Shrine of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, located only 20 minutes from Québec City, welcomes almost a million visitors annually. I forgot to consider the distortion of using a wide angle lens.  By straightening the columns, I had to crop a significant amount of the composition.
