Epilobio-Digitalietum purpureae - a photo on Flickriver

            Characterised by the mass development of Digitalis purpureae. This community was not included in the Dutch national vegetation overview ("Vegetatie van Nederland; Schaminée et al. 1992-1999), because no relevés were available at that time, and actual stands were not known. Nowadays, forest clearings with Digitalis are not at all rare at the southern part of the Veluwe at least.
