May 2024 RCPE chase - 13

            With an earlier departure time from Mankato and the longest hours of daylight of the year, there was plenty of time to chase the train on into South Dakota for one last shot here at Elkton. They rocket through town with a warrant to Aurora where their workday will end. After nearly 4 and a half hours since I first spotted them, this was the end of my chase, and I'd turn back toward home. My day wasn't quite done, though...
