Two Jack Lake Sunrise (Explored) - a photo on Flickriver

Two Jack Lake is easily accessible from the Minnewanka Lake loop road just outside of the town of Banff. It is a pristine lake with Canadian Rockies as the backdrop. During the daytime, this lake is ideal for kayaking or paddle boarding; In the early morning, just a few steps from the parking lot, a good place to watch the sun light up Rocky Mountain which reflects in the water.

Every early rising was not easy during the trip: dark, cold, tired from the hiking… But never missed a single early morning light at Rocky Mountains… If there was breeze, had to wait half hour for the waves on the water were gone… Always capture the blue hour, burning sky, golden hour if lucky to have good light ...
