Vestrahorn is a mountain located on the Stokksnes peninsula in southeastern Iceland. It is known for its distinctive shape, with steep cliffs and jagged peaks that rise dramatically from the black sand beach. The mountain is often shrouded in mist, adding to its mysterious and otherworldly atmosphere. The combination of the mountain, the beach, and the surrounding scenery creates a breathtaking and unforgettable sight.

One of the most captivating aspects of Vestrahorn is its location on the Stokksnes peninsula, which is surrounded by the wild and untamed Atlantic Ocean. The crashing waves against the black sand beach add a sense of power and drama to the already breathtaking scenery.

It was raining and very windy at night, when arriving Vestrahorn in the morning, there were no footprint on most part of black sand, just a bit pattern blown by wind.
