Stranger #72, Jurmala - a photo on Flickriver

Elaina was walking along the beach in Jurmala, Latvia enjoying the Christmas break with her friends. Originating from Colorado and now working in France Elaina decided that rather than spend so much money going home for Christmas it would be a good opportunity to see other parts of Europe.
It was a very cold and as can be seen from the photo a very windy day.
