El Segre, un camí ancestral - a photo on Flickriver

EL SEGRE, UN CAMÍ ANCESTRAL. Seguint les ribes del riu Segre, vam penetrar a l'engorjat de Salgar, congost espectacular ple de coves i balmes, on s'hi arrecera el santuari troglodític de Santa Maria de Salgar i, al davant, a l'altra banda del riu, el turó del poblat ibèric d'Antona. 
El santuari ja apareix documenat el segle  XII, al peu de l'antic camí o strata ceretana, qeu baixava des de Llívia, a la Cerdanya, fins a Lleida. 

Excursió conjunta amb la Secció d'Història de la UES.
