Lego Kingdom Come - Batman - a photo on Flickriver

            You didn't see this one coming, did ya?! This figure has been in the works for quite some time. And behold, here it is! Just in time for me not to look 100% dead. 
Ever since I first read the comic, I always felt that Bruce's exoskeleton looked like the bottom of Darth Vader's mask, and when Lego made the new moulding, I knew I have to make this figure. Since, I've been waiting for the Vader Transformation and Scarecrow Face-Off sets to release, so I can use parts to create this figure. 

The mask is a 2006 style Batman mask, cut to fit the Vader neckpiece. 
The Mandarin head is by far my go to head for "Old Batman" a la my Dark Knight Returns figures. 
The wings are unmodified.
The body is a brasso-d armoured BvS Batman (seeing the body, clean, was absolutely beautiful, and I was tempted to buy yet another, just to have a spare.)
The Belt is just e-tape with some lego parts for the centre, with moulded glue and cut paper clip metal for the ends of it.
E-tape has been used for the gauntlets and boots.
And as always the figure has been painted by me. 

So. Updates and all that. I'm still here. I've completed a whole bunch of alternate Batman figures. Pictures should come over the next month, and hopefully I'll start generating followers again.
But what about this month's issue of Batman Beyond?!
I've decided to expand the Azrael arc into a three part story, instead of a two part - as there is just too much juice to this arc, and it should be squeezed out into a really refreshing lemonade, instead of remaining a simple orange, with Azrael going down like a bitch in the second part and everyone living happily ever after. So what does this mean? It means next month, for one time only. You're gonna get three issues, spanning three consecutive weeks. 
As for me? Uni has started up again, but I've prepared for that by working my ass off with this new wave of figures, and the Beyond issues that are to come.
