Monkey see Monkey Do - a photo on Flickriver

Sorry another one from Longleat lol.
Been working loads so haven't been out much with my camera so uploading some previously taken pictures.
This is a cheeky little monkey sitting on a pole and as I was lower down I used the sky to frame him.
As the sky was soo bright I converted to mono to take advantage of it, I then added a red filter in silver efex pro to darken the monkeys fur.
I added an 'S' curve in photoshop to add contrast and brighten the whites then finished off with a little unsharp mask.
Due to the processing the picture has a lot of grain but I feel this adds to the picture thanks to the black and white conversion.
