Ocean View Fishing Pier - a photo on Flickriver

            The Ocean View Fishing Pier is situated in the northern beaches of Ocean View, Norfolk, Virginia, between the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel and the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel. This pier replaced the old Harrison's Fishing Pier, which was a popular fishing spot built in 1890, but was destroyed by Hurricane Isabel in 2003.

In response to the loss of Harrison's Fishing Pier, the Ocean View Fishing Pier was constructed and opened to the public in 2005. It stands in the same location as its predecessor and provides anglers with a great fishing experience.
