Battle of Perryville, Stay on the Marked Trail

            Confederate reenactment soldiers hunker down as they are fired upon mercilessly by Union troops. Amid the rain of faux fire and sonorous shots, an officer screams out orders. The reenacted Battle of Perryville, Kentucky rages on this 150th anniversary. Meanwhile, players and spectators are reminded to stay on the marked trail of the Battle of Perryville state historic park. 

I am photographing the activities as close as I can get -- behind a fence. I am using a Nikon 18-200mm VR lens.
