Exploding Fog Building - Dubai, UAE - Nikon D800 - [Explore #367]

            Woke up to thick fog this morning in Dubai, and decided to take my camera with me on the way to work. I'd just about given up finding a decent scene, and the fog was lifting, when I looked back over my shoulder and saw this. Well, I saw it in colour obviously...
This is the Fairmont Hotel, on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. As the fog was starting to lift the sun was coming up, shining almost dead straight onto the front of the hotel. The rays bounced back dramatically and lit up the fog, giving this momentarily awe-inspiring sight. I've only cropped this photo, turned it monochrome, and added some grain. That's it; the light rays are all real.

Sorry I couldn't come up with a better title. Exploding Fog Building will have to do. :)
