McBarge@Maple Ridge 18Feb24 - a photo on Flickriver

            Moored out in Maple Ridge, is one of the last remaining hallmarks of Expo 86, The McBarge. Having been anchored out in the Burrand Inlet for 25 years from 1991-2015, it was moved to Maple Ridge where various plans to utilize the structure have come and gone. Hopefully this iconic "barge" gets a new lease on life and is saved from the cutters torch.
