Inquisitive

            An inquisitive marmot wanted to know what I was doing on her breakfast table…
The animals are munching through the grasses, herbs and flowers to restore their fat reserves for the next winter. And in-between, they are quite sociable with each other and not too shy with humans. They have figured out that when humans are near, predators like eagles tend to stay away. So for the marmots, posing for the occasional photograph seems to be a good deal.
