Spanish Lady says hello to Flickr. - a photo on Flickriver

1. An early sewing project at Infants School. My Spanish Lady., 2. One of my earliest sewing attempts (Aged 10 yrs)., 3. Spanish Lady made at Infants School (Aged 10 yrs)., 4. My Spanish Lady (Aged 10 yrs).

Don't you just love it when you go back to mom's and find something from your childhood! Finding this Spanish Lady has brought back so many memories of Infants School. I remember so clearly finding the material in the school sewing box. I was around 10 years of age and the school was local to my mom's house. Just a walk away in fact. Mom could see my classroom from her house. I had the urge the other evening at tea time to just go round and have a mooch. There she was in the bottom of a box in my old wardrobe. Just longing to come out and meet my best friend B and other Flickr members.
