31/365: light - a photo on Flickriver

31/365: light

This was a last minute 365 photo. After I loaded the ones I'd taken earlier in the day, I realized I couldn't bear to show any of them. This is a a lampshade, for lack of a better word (lamp cover? Its a fancy wire we hang around the lightbulb) on my ceiling light in my living room.

There's a lot I like about this photo, but I could really do without the posterization. I know that's partially because it was so dark, but this is one place I think more megapixels might actually help. I want to upgrade!
