5th April - sunset jumping - a photo on Flickriver

            The day didn't quite go according to plan, when we arrived at our Robben Island tour departure point early in the morning to find that it had been cancelled due to poor visibility. Undeterred, we enjoyed exploring the V&A waterfront before the crowds hit, and then spent the morning at the brilliant aquarium and the rugby museum, where the kids probably had more fun than they would have done at Robben Island. We then took advantage of our bus tour tickets by hopping onto the included little harbour cruise for a different view. We then decided on a late afternoon trip to the beach, to have a little play on the sand and dinner in one of the beachside restaurants, before heading home.

I'm trying to make more of a conscious effort to appear in these holiday photos, even though that inevitably means setting up the timer and still taking the photo myself.
