Sunset on the Pacific - a photo on Flickriver

            Over the past few weeks the weather has been alternately cold, very cold, wet and at most times dark and dismal so when I was scrolling through some images tonight I came across this reminder of better times and better weather.  We were on a cruise from Los Angeles through the Panama Canal and on our first night this was the sight that met us at sundown!  The contrast between the dark textured surface of the ocean with the bright texture of the sky just gave me a lift.  I hope that you all get a lift in 2023 and that you have good health, happiness and lots of good photographic opportunities!
