Harold’s Pencil Rainbow Heart Quilt. 90x52

            When I needed to make a quilt for my grandson’s bunk bed, the requirements were that it had to be the same dimensions as his brother’s quilt and have his name on it. 

Early in the year when he was at home, he was learning scissor skills and cut lots of heart shapes from old magazines.  Then he was colouring rainbows (including one for my front window). 

His brother has a pencil quilt and when I saw the Color Outside the Lines Pencil Quilt by Kelli Fannin Quilt Designs, I knew what I would make.  Hearts, rainbows and pencils!
