Santa Mariña de Dozo - Cambados.
A igrexa de Santa Mariña ten, coma tantas, varios séculos ás súas costas, pero é das poucas que seguen en pé a pesares de ter sufrido un incendio que a deixou sen teito moitas, moitas décadas atrás.
Sen embargo si están aínda os arcos na nave central, así coma a ábside do altar, incluso a sacristía está case que intacta. E se iso non fose suficiente, non so os arredores inmediatos se usaron coma cemiterio, senón que tamén o interior... incluso despois de certa lei que coido que non permitía tal cousa.
Sexa como fose, o certo é que merece a pena pararse un anaco neste lugar, aínda que so sexan uns minutos, para aprecia-la arte, tanto escultórica como arquitectónica, que amosa.
Ademáis, uns poucos metros máis arriba está a capela da Pastora, un mirador sobre a ría de Arousa que, se ben non é moi alto, é suficiente.
E xa postos, cruzando a vila, se tal desviándonos un pouco pola praza de Fefiñáns, está a illa cos restos da torre de san Sadurniño, da que literalmente queda unha esquina.
E claro está, se é no verán con sol, haberá que tomarse un albariño. Que non é o de Soutomaior, pero bueh, en Cambados algo saben do tema... ;-)

Santa Mariña de Dozo - Cambados
The church of Santa Mariña has, as many others, several centuries over its shoulders, but it's one of the few still standing despite of suffering a fire that left it without a roof many, many decades ago.
However, the archs of the main wing are still standing, as well as the apse of the altar, even the sacristy is almost intact. And if that isn't enough, not only the inmediate sorroundings were used as a cemitery, but also the interior... even after some law banned that practice I think.
Anyway, truth is it's worth to stop for a while in this place, even only for a few minutes, to appreciate the art, as much the sculptures as the architecture, it shows.
What's more, some meters uphill you'll find the chapel of A Pastora, a balcony over the ria de Arousa that, although it's not that high, it's enough.
And, now that we're at it, on the other side of the village, away from the Fefiñáns square, you'll find the island with the rests of the tower of San Sadurniño, of which only remains a corner, literally.
And, of course, if it's summer and it's sunny, you'll have to take a glass of albariño. It's not from Soutomaior but, well, in Cambados they also know a thing or two about it ;-)
