The former Jordan Marsh, which opened with the mall in 1984 until 1996, was a throwback until its last days from department stores of its vintage: wood adornments, smoked mirrors, artificial flourscent skylit partitions and other garish, recessed lighting elements.

One other stores of this archetype are still open in Jefferson Valley Mall in Yorktown Heights, New York.

The store would eventually announce closure in January 2021, leaving the space vacant throughout the year until its sale in November 2021.
