Four Peaks - Rokinon 50mm f/1.4 - a photo on Flickriver

Yesterday I showed you the great image quality from the Rokinon 50mm f/1.4 wide open near minimum focus (see below). Today I want to jump to the other end of the spectrum and show you what it looks like when stopped down and shooting a landscape image. This is the beautiful mountain range in Arizona known as "Four Peaks" (for obvious reasons). On this particular day a storm system had moved through, and the light was intermittent, with some great warm light on the foreground while the distant mountains remained shrouded in cool, misty light. A lovely study in contrasts. My review of the Rokinon will be coming in the next week. Keep watching!
