2015 - MEXICO - Morelia - Hotel Casa Grande

We have arrived in Centro Morelia and staying at Hotel Casa Grande across the street from the Plaza de Armas.

The building was originally a family home and is now a boutique hotel with 12 suites surrounding a central courtyard.

The stone work is the characteristic pink colour prevalent in most of the Centro historic buildings.

Morelia was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1991.
