Giganta - a photo on Flickriver

Giganta

Giganta; the colossal female juggernaut of the Legion of Doom. Constructed for my first 2015 creation: “Legion of Doom; Last Supper Room”

I went through about five designs for Giganta. Initially I attempted to build essentially a large minifigure in the appearance of Giganta, but there were various issues with joint connections (not to mention apperance!). After a few days of trying on and off, I was able to construct a version to my satisfaction; with the hair being my favorite highlight of the figure. Giganta has slight movement at the hips and shoulders, as well as the arms, feet, neck, etc.
