Clewiston Theatre - a photo on Flickriver

Clewiston Theatre

            Built in 1941, the Clewiston Theatre closed in 2011.  It was reopened briefly, but had closed again in January, 2015.  The Art-Moderne theater has two screens and 433 seats inside.  I was unable to enter the building, but was able to capture a few sots before breakfast when we passed through Clewiston on our way north to Mount Dora.  Clewiston is in Hendry County and is the home of the U.S. Sugar Corporation.
