2012 Houston Via Colori.

            In 2006, The Center for Hearing and Speech(CHS) introduced Via Colori®, The Street Painting Festival, to the city of Houston. Created to celebrate the Italian Renaissance art of street painting, this annual event raises funds for CHS and increases awareness about hearing loss and services available for deaf children.
This year 2012, over 240 artists are taking over the streets of downtown Houston, covering the ground in colorful chalk art murals.  The Houston Via Colori ® Street Painting Festival, presented by LINN Energy LLC, is back for its seventh year benefiting The Center for Hearing and Speech.
