Funiculaire Da Gloria

Au premier plan le système de retenu de la caisse avec des chaines

Les funiculaires étaient interrompus pour restauration depuis le 7 mai, ils seront à nouveau en fonction le 10 juin 2018.
De ce fait, j'ai enfin des photos des funiculaires non tagués, depuis 2012, mais ce fait sera malheureusement de courte durée. Bientôt, il seront aussi tagués que le mur.

Le funiculaire da Glória a été ouvert au public le 24 octobre 1885. D'abord conçu comme un système à énergie hydraulique puis en 1886 remplacé par un système à vapeur, il a été finalement électrifié en 1915. Le funiculaire a été déclaré monument historique du Portugal en 2002.
