Self Portrait - a photo on Flickriver

Self Portrait

            Well, I've posted several days worth of images that depict beauty, freedom, and love.

But what good is beauty without something to contrast it with? With that in mind, I'm posting a self portrait!  :) 

I took this with my Nikon D300 and Nikon 35mm f/1.8G AF-S DX. This is the first natural light selfie I've done in a LONG time. I had light from my living room window at camera left, and a large reflector for fill at camera right. I wanted really shallow DOF, so I was shooting at f/1.8. Kinda made it tough to get the focus point where I wanted it...
