The Pathway to Vertical GaN Roadmapping meeting was held January 13-14, 2016, at the University of California, Davis. The goal of the meeting was to establish a roadmap for vertical GaN devices on 6-inch GaN substrates for power electronics and optoelectronics, and to examine the benefits relative to existing approaches. The event was organized by the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Sandia National Laboratories, the U.S. Department of Engineering, and the UC Davis Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
