Shoulder Board Ceremony and COW - a photo on Flickriver

            U.S. Coast Guard Academy Class of 2020 cadets received their shoulder boards in a ceremony at the Academy, Aug 15, in New London, Conn. The cadets, who successfully completed Swab Summer, now begin their four year college education and will graduate as Ensigns in the United States Coast Guard.
