161122 / OCS Graduation - a photo on Flickriver

            Ninety-six officer candidates completed a rigorous 17 week Officer Candidate School and graduated, Nov. 22. Graduates of the program receive a commission in the Coast Guard at the rank of ensign and are required to serve a minimum of three years of active duty.
