            The United States Department of Agriculture and Edgecombe Community College, in Tarboro, North Carolina, partnered to sponsor a resource fair during USDA Secretary Tom Vilsackâs visit the college on February 21, 2024. The Twenty-five exhibitors shared information, to the 300 rural citizens from across North Carolina, on programs that can benefit rural communities and residents. During the visit Vilsack took part in a listening session with local business and community leaders and hosted a question-and-answer session with rural residents from the Tar Heel State. Vilsack visited Edgecombe Community College on the first stop of the Biden-Harris Administrationâs fourth Investing in America tour.USDA Media by Robert Kerns.
