Rimini... ponte Tiberio - a photo on Flickriver

A Francesco e Ada sono venuti a Rimini facendomi una grande sorpresa , hanno triovato la neve ma è stato bellissimo incontrarli ......grazie amici !!!!!

Il ponte viene detto di Tiberio ma in realtà è stato iniziato nel 14 d.C. per decreto dell’imperatore Augusto e terminato nel 21 d.C. dal successore Tiberio, figlio adottivo di Augusto (Ottaviano Augusto imperatore 27 a.C. -14 d.C.) e secondo imperatore di Roma (nel 14 -37 d.C.), come attestato dall'iscrizione scolpita al centro delle 2 fronti interne dei parapetti:
