Sushi (寿司)

            A 1:1 LEGO® recreation of a Sushi plate which I made last year as a gift for a friend.

Japanese cuisine is very popular internationally, so it is no surprise that there are already a lot of LEGO® fan-creations of its iconic dishes, Sushi prime among them.
Still, I wanted to give it my own spin and focused on creating a new and authentic texture for the rice. Although Hoso-Maki (細巻き) and Futo-Maki (太巻き) are probably the more well known Sushi variants, I decided to make two Gunkan-Maki (軍艦巻き) out of sentimental reasons.

A Greasemonkey script that adds Flickriver links to various Flickr photo pages - user photos, favorites, pools etc, allowing to quickly open the corresponding Flickriver view.

Also, allows quickly viewing any Flickr photo on black background in large size.
