Fog on Thorofare Mountain Overlook - a photo on Flickriver

            Standing in the fog is an extraordinary experience. I enjoy it every single time and enjoy the transformation of even a familiar place into something mysterious. I was standing on the Thorofare Mountain Overlook, enjoying the view of mountains on the North-East, and contemplating a photograph of it when a low cloud rolled in and locked me in a white fog. I waited a bit to see if this is temporary, but with every second the visibility dropped even more. Soft silhouettes of trees and the Skyline Drive itself looked magical and setting this photograph was an easy and straightforward task.
