Fumo d'incendio sul Golfo di Trieste - Fire smoke on the Gulf of Trieste

            Questo non è uno dei soliti tramonti del Nordest  decantati dalla cantante Elisa: questa è la nuvola di fumo dell'impressionante incendio dei giorni 19-20-21 luglio 2022 che coinvolge il Carso tra Trieste e la piccola città di Monfalcone.
Piccola aggiunta: la nave che vedete attraccata al molo sulla destra ha appena scaricato un centinaio di passeggeri di varie nazionalità con tanto di valigie, provenienti dalla stazione di Monfalcone; nel momento dello scatto quell'imbarcazione sopperiva alla comunicazione ferroviaria in quanto i treni erano soppressi a causa dell'incendio. Anche la comunicazione stradale era fortemente limitata tra Trieste e l'Italia allo stretto indispensabile.

This is not one of the usual sunsets in northeastern Italy praised by the singer Elisa: this is the cloud of smoke of the impressive fire of 19-20-21 July 2022 that involves the Karst between Trieste and the small town of Monfalcone.
Small addition: the ship you see docked at the pier on the right has just unloaded a hundred passengers of various nationalities complete with suitcases, coming from the Monfalcone station; at the moment of the shot that boat made up for the railway communication as the trains were canceled due to the fire. Road communication was also severely limited between Trieste and Italy to the bare essentials.
