Quincy: Hancock Adams Common - Abigail Adams

            This statue of Abigail Adams, the wife of close advisor of John Adams, designed by sculptor Sergey Eylanbekov, was unveiled at Hancock Adams Common on November 5, 2022. 

Hancock Adams Common was dedicated on September 8, 2018.  Standing at the center of what used to Hancock Street, a 200-year-old four-lane thoroughfare, it honors Quincy's historic figures including John Adams, Abigail Adams and John Hancock and connects historic sites like Old Town Hall, United First Parish Church and Hancock Cemetery.
