Above the waves, a steadfast lighthouse stands tall, guiding sailors safely home from the treacherous open ocean no matter the darkness that surrounds them. This essential structure has become an icon in the sleepy fishing village of Thunnus Bay, representing their most modern asset amidst their otherwise humble existence. Now, it can be yours to use, and Victor E. Eton has not disappointed us either: this lighthouse is completely functional with an interior you can live in.

Spiraling stairs ascend from ground level to the towering chamber that houses the lighthouse lamp. Along the way, three spacious wooden floors are ready to accommodate all your daily needs. Living in the grand lighthouse ensures you never skip leg day. Furthermore, should you desire to embrace the life of a traditional lighthouse keeper, you're in luck. Enter the lantern room to set up and ignite the lamp. Animated to rotate, its luminous beam stretches beyond 64m, making it quite an effective lighthouse you'll see on the catalogue. Make a statement by the ocean's edge, and give a good show to the sailors beyond the horizon!

With all these features, you must be wondering what the land impact might be like, and while 299LI is quite hefty, one must note that this light house is scaled at 23.5m x 24.5m x 88.15m, which is quite impressively enormous! Not only that, it has functional stairs you can walk up and 3 floors you can live on, and that's not including the lantern housing and the ground floor.

This light house is FULLY PBR with fallback textures, and we did include an EXPERIMENTAL pre-PBR probed version (329LI) for you to play with. We must admit it isn't perfect however, and if you feel it's not good enough in quality, you're always welcome to use the non-probed version instead.

The lamp adds an additional 8LI with its large beam, so your total land impact for this lighthouse is 307LI total without PBR probes, and 337LI total with PBR probes.
