New Orleans 9th ward - a photo on Flickriver

            These pictures dipict the worst of the worst of the destruction in New Orleans.  This area is know as the 9th ward.  The people that lived in this area lost everything and now are still in limbo.

This barge is on a bus and in the middle of  a neighborhod.

This photo was taken while driving on a bridge with the side sliding door of the van open to attempt to get a decent picture.  I wish I could have gotten closer on the barge.
