milkweed, during drizzle, 9-29-19 - a photo on Flickriver

I went out into the field that I enjoy frequenting, in a light rain with my new Panasonic GC-S1. It is such a pleasure to focus! I could see a lot of changes among some milkweeds such as this one. This one is more advanced in it's development than some I saw, namely, it is already beginning to dry up and release seeds.
I used Capture One 12 Pro to develop the image.

From budding to seeding, a poetic view of the life cycle of the milkweed.
