The depth of field is extensive, which is ideal for macro photography where detail is paramount. However, I would critique that the lighting appears a bit flat, possibly due to a single light source. Adding more dynamic lighting could enhance the sense of depth and bring out the textures even more dramatically. Additionally, the background is nicely unobtrusive, but I might experiment with adding a subtle gradient or vignette to draw the eye more towards the center. The edges of the bone where the focus fades are smoothly transitioned, suggesting that the stacking process was well-handled. Lastly, I would consider whether the composition could be improved by repositioning the bone slightly to create a more compelling visual flow.
