Two working towboats on the Ohio River

            Located about 5 miles downriver from Cincinnati.  The towboat Atlantis, owned by Carlisle and Bray, and the BTB Special, owned by McGinnis, Inc, are used for making and breaking tows and moving small tows of barges to locations that are local.
