Times-Star Building viewed from 6th St Viaduct

            Attorney Charles Phelps Taft, half brother of President William Howard Talf, built this art deco masterpiece for his newspaper in 1929. The left portion of the building had offices and the lower right building had the giant printing presses.  Scripps-Howard purchased the newspaper in 1958.  Hamilton County purchased the property and uses it for Juvenal Court and probation.
