SNCF FRET 467579 + 467460 @ Neufvilles 🇧🇪

            Elk jaar maak ik voor mezelf een fotoboek met de mooiste of meest veelzeggende treinfoto's van het afgelopen kalenderjaar. Onnodig te zeggen dat er elk jaar jammer genoeg wel wat foto's sneuvelen want ik probeer het aantal foto's in het boek zo tussen de 100 en 120 te houden.

Toen ik dus verleden week aan het selecteren was voor het fotoboek van dit jaar, kwamen de voorjaarsfoto's van de ballasttrein van SNCF FRET terug naar boven en maakte ik me de bedenking dat ik van die voorjaarscampagne nog geen foto had gepost op Flickr. Bij deze is dat euvel dus ook weer opgelost!

Op woensdag 23 maart dieselden beide groene BB67400 in een mooi voorjaarszonnetje niet alleen aan mijn lens voorbij maar aan de fototoestellen van een heel groepje spotters waarvan de dag alvast niet beter kon beginnen!

En oh ja, voor wie het zich mocht afvragen: deze foto staat dus ook in mijn jaarboek hé ;-)

The spring season of 2022 saw another revival of locomotives class 67400 between Somain and Quenast vv. Wonder if it was the last season for these locomotives in Belgium?!

March 23, 2022, I chose this place in Neufvilles to take a picture of these rail veterans with the uncharged freight train from Somain to Quenast.
