Crossrail 186 447-9 + 186 232-5 @ Schoonaarde 🇧🇪

Een dik uur voordat de hoofdvogel van de dag ten tonele verscheen, kwam dit koppel TRAXX'en in dienst van Crossrail door het landschap gereden.

Ik maakte dankbaar gebruik van de ondergelopen akker als motief voor deze volledig beladen goederentrein waarvan de eerste twee wagons toch wel extra in het oog sprongen: die waren namelijk beladen met blokken marmer!

Een kwartiertje later werd deze cargo gevolgd door een matig beladen Busto-shuttle van DB Cargo die op zijn beurt op de voet gevolgd werd door een losse loc van INFRABEL. En daarna was het dus tijd om te verhuizen naar het plekje voor de EURO9000 van RTB CARGO, ongeveer ter hoogte van de rode trailer die jullie kunnen zien in deze goederentrein.

One hour before the the maiden trip of RTB CARGO 2019 311, this couple TRAXX-locomotives, in service for Crossrail, passed Schoonaarde with a fully loaded freight train. Especially the first two wagons stood out because they were loaded with blocks of marble.
