Lacamas Creek under SR 507 before construction

            During the summer of 2016, contractor crews working for WSDOT replaced an aging culvert under State Route 507 near Roy to increase habitat for migrating fish in Lacamas Creek. This photo shows the culvert and creek just prior to construction. Replacing this culvert is part of a larger WSDOT effort to accelerate work to correct fish barriers following a 2013 federal court ruling.
