Pan Fried Chicken with Bacon Flakes - a photo on Flickriver

            I usually don't like pan frying chicken breast because it gets tough, but these were so tender and soft it was incredible.  I'll give it a try again sometime, the secret is to use butter or bacon drippings to keep the breast moist!
