            Forester Hall (Masonic Lodge Hall)

The foundation of St Vincent Port Wakefield Lodge occurred 23 November 1877.
E V Muecke was installed as the foundation Master of the lodge: there were a dozen foundation members.

The first meetings of the lodge were held in the rising Sun Hotel until 1879, when they were transferred to the Forester’s Hall, built 1874.
The Lodge purchased the Forester’s Hall in 1929.
Now in private ownership.
