Kulpara Uniting Church - originally Bible Christian Chapel built 1879 on land given by Paul Daniel. Yorke Peninsula South Australia

            This former Kulpara Uniting Church has closed, and the property is now privately owned. It was erected in 1879, with the first service in the completed building held on 25 December of that year. For about a decade prior to the erection of the church building services were held in the home of Mr Paul Daniel. It was becoming too small for the congregation, so Mr Daniel donated land for the building of the church. A Sunday School was commenced in 1891. The church celebrated its centenary on 16 September 1979.
Foundation stone was laid by Matilda Daniel on 15 September 1879.

KULPARA CHURCH JUBILEE
The Kulpara jubilee was a huge success. Visitors arrived from all parts on August 17. They were welcomed by the Chairman of the District Council, Mr W H Daniel, and Councillors E J Daniel and Bruce Penna on behalf of the district, and by Rev Harold White for the Church. "Home, Sweet Home" was introduced by Mr T Durdin. 
The jubilee high tea commented at 5 pm and proceeded for about three hours, during which time nearly 400 people were served. 
A reunion social was held in the evening, and the hall was filled to overflowing.
